1. Bookings & Agreements
Once you confirm your booking, both parties agree on:

- Event date and location
- Payment terms and timelines
All agreements must be confirmed in writing (e.g., via email).
2. Payments
- A non-refundable deposit (25–50%) is required to secure the booking
- Full payment must be completed 7–14 days before the event
- Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and online payments
3. Cancellations
- Cancellations must be made in writing
- Events cancelled more than 30 days before may qualify for a partial refund
- No refunds for cancellations within 14 days of the event unless agreed otherwise
4. Client Responsibilities
- Clients are expected to:
- Provide accurate event details
- Allow venue access to vendors
- Maintain respectful communication
- Be accountable for any venue restrictions
5. Service Delivery
- While we strive to meet all expectations, Oasis Party is not liable for:
- Delays due to client or venue issues
- Third-party vendor failures
- Events outside of our control (e.g., natural disasters)
6. Intellectual Property
- All content including logos, images, and designs used by Oasis Party remains our property and may not be reused without permission.
7. Website Use
- You agree not to:
- Use our content for commercial use
- Upload harmful content or spam
- Try to access restricted areas of our website
8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check for updates periodically.
